A modern 3 Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant, owned and run by an Executive Chef serving innovative British food inspired by natural flavour combination combinations and seasonality, coupled with fantastic wines delivered by a highly professional Front of House team with knowledge, warmth, and hospitality at the core.

Role and responsibilities
  • 8 Hour shifts
  • Day and night shifts available
  • Weekend availability
  • 4 nights off each week
  • 3.5 service days with 1 day of training and prep
  • Experience in working in quality restaurants, ideally with fine dining experience.
  • Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn.
  • Keen to progress you career in a quality restaurant environment.
  • Due to rural location own transport is essential. Not reachable by public transport

You will be expected to run a section taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes, ensuring consistent presentation and customer happiness. We expect a Chef de Partie to be able to develop the more junior members of the team, taking pride in passing on knowledge and sharing creative ideas. Ideally, we are looking for you to have the following skills and experience.
