A premium, quintessential Cotswolds ‘restaurant with rooms’, known for our bold cuisine created by our Michelin-starred Head Chef and spectacular grounds with breath-taking views. We offer 4 beautifully decorated guest rooms, a separate self-catered cottage on site, a lively bar and 2 formal dining rooms as well as our outdoor terrace for al-fresco dining. We are a small, friendly and collaborative team with a singular vision; to deliver the perfect Cotswolds experience to each and every guest.
Roles and responsibilities- 8 and 10 hour shifts available.
- 45 Hour weeks
- Full time and part time available
- At least 2 years of Food and Beverage experience in a related field and 1 year in a Supervisory role
- Experience working in a similar premium hospitality environment
- The ability to support the management team in the development and training of team members, to ensure they are confident in delivering business objectives
- Customer focus- demonstrating exceptional guest service with the view to exceeding expectations and increasing sales
- A collaborative, enthusiastic attitude to all tasks
- Effective communication skills to ensure the smooth running of the operational team
- ensure upcoming bookings are well managed, communicated and prepared for
- - Clear working knowledge of all company policies and operate within them at all times
- Ensures staff awareness of relevant company policies; - Keen eye for detail, ability to spot opportunities to improve processes
- ability to assistant the Restaurant Manager with admin tasks such as Rota Management
- understanding staff costs and working rotas to reflect budget
- A passion for food and beverage, and good knowledge of latest trends
