Situated in a picturesque New Forest village near Lyndhurst, this classy 16th century coaching inn has 2 golf courses and 28 individually styled, en suite bedrooms. The interior of the property is modern rustic with blackboard menus and log fires in winter, with plenty of gracefully presented local produce on offer.
Using the finest locally sourced ingredients from farming neighbours or the family estates in the New Forest and Scotland and an 'estate-to- plate' ethos driving forward and inspiring the menus!
The focus being wonderful modern British food using classic French techniques.
Role and Responsibilities
As Senior Chef de Partie you will learn and understand the entire menu, having the ability to work all sections (once trained to that level).
The ability to work unsupervised is key and knowledge of HACCP and Hygiene.
Working 4 to 4.5 days per week in a team of 8, the focus will be on maintaining the 2AA Rosette quality moving forwards.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal Senior Chef de Partie will have at least 1 years’ experience working at 2AA Rosette standards, however a strong 1AA Rosette background will also be considered.
