About us
Delightful village pub in the rural village of Bradley, near the county town of Stafford. Due to the rural location candidates must have their own transport.
Role and Responsibilities
- Hours: 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (Mondays and Tuesdays off, early finishes on Sundays)
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen.
- Ensuring food standards are maintained whilst also overseeing stock control and meeting financial targets.
- Organising weekly rotas and shift patterns and with the assistance of the HR Manager oversee any future recruitment.
- Designing seasonal, fresh food menus.
- Ensure kitchen meets all its statutory requirements e.g., Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
