This is a great opportunity for driven chefs at a Rosette level to work in the most sought after gastro pub in Kent! You will have the opportunity of working under our Executive Chef who has worked in some of the worlds best kitchens of both fine dining and Gastro style for the last 25 years as well as Gareth Barber, our Head Chef who previously ran the kitchen at Rocksalt in Folkestone, having worked in Paris and London prior to this appointment. This gives the right candidate an exciting opportunity to be a big part of a new venue and developing within the business.
Role and responsibilities- 8 and 10 hour shifts
- Working with the Head Chef
- Taking control of a section within service times.
- Assist with rota management.
- Assisting with menu and event ideas.
- Stock control and maintaining high standards of health and safety and cleanliness.
