Company Details
A Michelin Star awarded restaurant focusing on modern British style food with influences from all over the world. All ingredients are sourced from the best local suppliers and they have their own forager who brings the most seasonal and fresh products on a daily basis.
Specialising in culinary modernism, using lots of good technical skills and techniques to produce exciting flavours and consistency across all dishes!
Located nearby is the kitchen allotment and garden where herbs and vegetables are grown, all of which help to inspire the kitchen team to create the menu using wild, unusual and forgotten ingredients.
Role and Responsibilities
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will have an excellent knowledge of food, cleanliness with good organisation skills. You will be capable of running a section in the kitchen - Larder / Sauce / Pastry and be able to operate in all sections of the kitchen. Chefs are encouraged to be very creative and openly discuss food and ideas for the menu and as someone in a senior position, you will be expected to produce ideas and dishes for the section.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Senior Chef de Partie will have a solid fresh food background and experience working at 1AA / 2AA Rosette standards as a minimum.
