Role:
Contracted Hours: 48
Shift Details: Working 5 days per week (where possible 4 & ½ days, during quieter periods)
Live-In: Yes, Well kept local flat all inclusive with all the basics covered, approx. £250 pm
Must have at least 4-5 years Pastry rosette experience
Held similar position in a rosette kitchen
Be strong in Pastry, an advantage to be multi skilled throughout the kitchen
Assisting Head Chef with menu ideas
Management of pastry sections
Training to junior members of the team in Pastry

£35000 per annum increasing to £37,000 after probation
