Located in the ancient market town of Tetbury, The Hotel is part of the long established Hotels group.
This busy 19 bedroom hotel, including a Bar, Restaurant & Conference rooms is popular with the locals and visitors to Tetbury and the surrounding Cotswolds area.
We have two distinct styles of food being served. Our Bar food served at Lunch in the Bar where we want to see classic comfort favourites served in a smart way. The Restaurant of an evening caters more to our residents, so we need to provide a more polished dining experience to a 2AA Rosette standard.
Role and Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie you will very much be working as part of the team, assisting with daily prep and ensuring that your section is always clean, organised and ready for service.
Full training will be given on all sections and the opportunity offered to move around within the kitchen.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will confidently be able to demonstrate good knife and cooking skills.
