A beautiful rustic barn, imagine floor-to-ceiling traditional brick chimneys, a sensational ever-green flower display and twinkling lights above the scene delicately strung between the exposed beams at our barn wedding venue in the New Forest. Hosting up to 80 guests and 120 evening guests for Weddings.
Role and responsibilities
• Hands-on operational role to deliver all aspects of Weddings and Events including Conference and Food & Beverage.
• Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Set up Function room, Hotel and Function bar & ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment.
• This role will involve supporting all areas of the Food & Beverage department such as the, Hotel bar area, Room service , Afternoon tea as required but main focus area will be Conference, Banqueting & overall in charge of the function.
• Supervising a team of both permanent and casual staff, excellent leadership skills are required to deliver exceptional events with a strong focus on the high standards.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills, be creative and adaptable.
