2AA Rosette restaurant, looking to earn a third, Part of a 5 room boutique hotel a stones throw from Camber Sands beach. They pride themselves in using the best local produce from local producers and suppliers, creating seasonal, exciting dishes. Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Currently developing our second hotel, which will be located in Kent and, as such, we’re looking to develop a core team of chefs who can move into more senior positions as soon as vacancies open up at both sites.
