The property has a well-stocked and homely bar, a slightly more formal dining room, private dining and the most incredible garden, with the river on one side and the canal on the other. The menu champions local and seasonal produce, making the most of game when it is in season.We pride ourselves on serving up real ales, classic pub dishes and locally-sourced menus crafted from quality ingredients. Candidate Requirements
Be reliable, conscientious, punctual and well turned out
Take pride in what they do and genuinely care
Lead by example and be proactive and always busy at work
Have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy, high quality full service pub or restaurant, ideally 1AA Rosette standard
Be competent behind the bar
Be a real foodie
Have great food and drink knowledge
Cope well under pressure
Be able to adhere to company standards and procedures
