Prepare and execute dishes according to the menu and the Head Chef's specifications.
Ensure that your station is well-stocked, organized, and properly maintained.
Assist in food preparation and mise en place as directed by the Head Chef.
Monitor and maintain the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and innovate new dishes.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
Participate in daily and weekly kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes and improvements.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
