Contracted Hours: 48
Shift Details: 3 days off. With 1 weekend day every fortnight.
Live-In: No
You will be assisting the Sous & Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus. Experience working with fresh local produce and daily changing menus preferred. Passionate about food and have the will and drive to help in pushing the kitchen forward. Ability to run a section, looking after any orders for the section. Leaving the section set up for the next person on shift. Input with menu ideas. Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
