48 Hours
10 Hour shift, 8 Hour shift, Day Shift, Night Shift - some weekend availability
You will be a highly experienced Manager with excellent management, people and inter-personal skills as well as being capable of running and managing all aspects of the business with a high degree of autonomy. You must be able to lead and inspire your team, set, maintain and deliver the highest levels of excellence, service and hospitality, as well as being an ambassador for our brand and our values. You will also have a good level of business acumen and be able to drive sales and profitability as well as ensuring the highest regulatory and H&S standards. Future development and training opportunities are a given and we are looking for someone who can progress within the business. You will be passionate about developing your own team and thrive on finding new ways to adapt to the competitive and challenging environment in modern hospitality.
