Live-In: Employer-provided relocation package
Responsible for the Food & Beverage business and product of the hotel, driving profitability, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to the team to provide the highest quality in standards and service.
Ensure that the quality of product and service is beyond the expectations of the guests and achieve a 5-star environment with hotel guests expected standards maintained.
To control all costs in line with the department budget. Specifically ensuring that payroll controls are in place and in line with current budgets and forecasts.
Ensure the team are familiar with the products and services available across the department.
Provide focus, direction and coordination to the Restaurant team to ensure that the guest journey is seamless, and delivers a 5-star experience
Appraise as agreed the performance and development of the Restaurant team members ensuring regular targets and objectives are set and reviewed.
Become an integral part of the hotel management operating team by attending weekly meetings and participating in duty management where necessary.
Provide focus, direction and coordination to the team to ensure that the guest journey is seamless.
