Role:

Contracted Hours: 48
Shift details: 4 days on, 3 days off (Mon/Tue plus one other)
Live-In: No

Support the Deputy Manager in day to day running of the operation.
Supervise in his absence.
Staff training
Maintain high level of service.
Input into drink offerings and wine lists
