Contracted Hours: 48 hours a week - Straight shifts
Live-In: Yes - £256pcm including bills for an ensuite double bedroom, around 5 mins walk from the hotel
Breakfast chef role, a la carte breakfast only, for a 39 bedroom 4 AA red star hotel
15-strong chef brigade
