Shift Details: 4 day week (8 shifts) Wednesday Saturday, Sunday open only for lunch
Live-In: No
The right candidate will have a great eye for detail, a passion for delicious food and have previous experience working in a busy kitchen service.
Would consider candidates from Chef de Partie - Sous chef level.
Comfortable operating to approx. 100 covers per day average, which can vay up or down.
Will offer some autonomy if confidence and skillset is high, but there will be signature dishes that need to be adhered to.
