Assist in Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team in developing and refining menus, ensuring a balance of creativity, taste, and seasonal relevance.
Food Preparation and Execution: Execute culinary creations with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Team Leadership: Work closely with the kitchen staff to inspire and lead by example. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Inventory Management
Maintain a thorough understanding of and adherence to health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and kitchen policies.
Support the scheduling and coordination of kitchen staff, ensuring adequate coverage for peak periods and special events.
Effectively communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
