Set in two acres of gardens, this beautiful manor house is surrounded by the open countryside of the North Wessex Downs. Bedrooms are split between the main house, an adjoining courtyard and a separate garden cottage.
With a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere throughout, the property combines elegance with comfort.
Chef and the team create stunning modern dishes with a lot of classical thought put into them!
All dishes are freshly prepared with herbs from the on-site herb garden, using the finest local Hampshire and Berkshire produce.
Currently holding 2AA Rosettes with 3AA Rosettes just around the corner, this is an exciting opportunity indeed
Role and Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie, you will be focused on the sauce section, getting all the meats and sauces ready, fish also.
Moving forwards, depending on your own interest, you will be able to move onto different sections!
The ideal Chef de Partie will have a solid fresh food background and will have experience cooking at 1AA Rosette standards at least, with a few years of experience behind you.
