Contracted Hours: 40
Shift details: 5 days a week to include Saturdays and Sundays. Due to our location, the shifts start at either 10.00 or 11.00am with a break at 3.00pm approximately 5.00 pm. Then through to finish. We start service at 6.30pm
Live-In: Yes, on site £9.30 per day all inclusive
Direct food preparation and collaborating with head chef. Help the design of food and drink menu. Producing the highest quality plates, including both design and taste.
Overseeing and supervising the kitchen staff.
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Coordinating daily tasks with the Head Chef.
Supervising the team.
Producing consistent, high-quality plates of food.
