- ASSISTANT MANAGER
We are looking for a full-time ASSISTANT MANAGER to join our team at
Goldsborough Hall in Knaresborough.
You would be working 5 days over 7, across both weekdays and weekends.
Own transport is essential due to our rural location. But Live in accommdation can be provided
Salary range - £29K to £31K per annum depending on experience.
We are looking for passionate Assistant Manager to assist with the day-to-day operation of our 3 AA Rosette Dining Room, Weddings, Events & Afternoon Tea and to ensure the delivery of excellent quality and service standards.
Duties/Skills will include: -
• Excellent verbal communication and strong people skills are required
• Professional attitude with a polite and friendly demeanour is essential
• Ability to work within a team and individually as required
• Good timekeeping is essential
• You will support the senior management team in the running of the operation, delivering impeccable service
• You will lead by example, creating a positive working environment and encourage career development
• You will organize day to day allocation of work and communication meetings with your supervisors
• You will support in the standards of appearance/grooming and cleanliness of all staff on your team
• You will participate in Food & Wine training
