Contracted Hours: 48 - Open for 4 days of service with one half day solely for preparation and only 2 lunch services.
Live-In: No
Our restaurant is full of ambition to improve and take ourselves to the next level. As a result, we are looking for individuals who share that passion and drive to excel. Attitude is the most important element we look for to improve both our service and ourselves. Experience at a michelin star restaurant is not necessary but the appreciation of what we do is.

•   Work ethic. All of the team is expected to get stuck in; from the owner, senior management to the commis chefs and kitchen porters, we pride ourselves on the fact nobody here is too good to do the tricky bits and nobody should be left to do it on their own either
•   Strong knowledge of food or drinks or the passion, at least, to really know more!
