  • A beautiful historic house set in 90 acres of parkland with an elegant award-winning restaurant where carefully prepared dishes use the finest local produce.


  • The 2AA Rosette main restaurant serves delicious seasonal dishes ensuring guests have the ultimate dining experience.


  • This stunning venue has 46 spacious en-suite bedrooms, most being in the main house, and some, including suites in the renovated coach house nearby, alongside a spa.




Role and Responsibilities





  • As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running the larder section, taking lead of a team of 3.


  • You will have experience working at similar standards of at least 1AA / 2AA Rosette level.


  • You will be ambitious and passionate about your work with the desire to learn, develop and progress within a high standard establishment.


  • With the focus being on maintaining consistency and providing the best quality at all times, this venue may well be looking to push for 3AA Rosettes in the not so distant future!
