Contracted Hours: 48 - Open for 4 days of service with one half day solely for preparation and only 2 lunch services.
Live-In: No
As Pastry Chef De partie you will be currently working in a similar style restaurant with 2/3AA or Michelin at this level and be looking for a new long term career move.
You will work in a strong team producing seasonal menus controlling your section.
You must be have the right temperament to help run the kitchen utilising your knowledge to produce the quality and consistency required at this Michelin level
Strong established skillset with a joy for cooking and maintaining consistency
Must have ambition with solid and stable work experience.
