- Role: Recruitment Consultant
Contracted Hours: 40
Shift details: Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm, Overtime to be expected naturally when the business dictates.
Recruitment resourcing via online and internal data sources, by means of calling and emails
Candidate screening and organisation
Establish a network of clients who benefit from utilising our services
Upselling, secure recurring business, and contract renewals.
Maintaining client relationships through ongoing support and communications
Exhibit knowledge of our services and software
Use various outlets to market and network products and services.
Input all information correctly in the computer systems.
Adhere to monthly targets.
Effectively write and post job adverts, emails and marketing material.
Appreciate and understand the Hospitality sector and recruitment industry and its various sectors.
