We are looking for a Sommelier who will wow our guests, demonstrating:
• A strong background working as a Sommelier in a Michelin setting
• Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding guest expectations
• A passion for great wines accompanied by an appetite to build and share knowledge
• You will understand the workings of a well managed cellar and demonstrate great attention to detail
• Extensive experience and a strong understanding of wine pairing
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English
• An engaging personality, able to communicate at all levels
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Above all, flexibility, equally comfortable in all food & beverage outlets

Role and responsibilities- Weekend availability
- 8 / 10 / 12 hour shifts available
- A very strong background working ideally as Head Sommelier in a Michelin setting
- Impeccable guest service skills with a background of exceeding guest expectations
- A passion for great wines accompanied by an appetite to build and share knowledge
- As Head Sommelier, you will understand the workings of a well managed cellar and demonstrate the highest attention to detail - you will be highly organised
- Proven experience as Head Sommelier with a very strong understanding of wine pairing
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- An engaging personality with a flair for communication at all levels
- Immaculate personal presentation
- WSET or equivalent qualifications
Preferred experience- Michelin: 3 years (preferred)
- Head Sommelier: 4 years (preferred)
