Contracted Hours: 40
Shift Details: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends
Live-In: Yes, Subject to availability
Looking for a Night Manager to join its team. Being situated on it's own private island, it is an incredible opportunity to be part of. If you are passionate about great customer service, then this may be the right role for you.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Ensure security of the hotel and guests
• assist the hotel team with preparing for the day ahead
• Answer the phone, and deal with any enquiries
• Prepare daily reports as required
• Manage guest payments, invoices, receipts and reconcile shift transactions
• Manage comprehensive hand over to following shift.
• Serve drinks
• Report maintenance items to the maintenance log book.
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Driving the iconic Sea Tractor to get staff and guests on/off Burgh Island
