- Role: Kitchen Administrator
Contracted Hours: 40
Shift details: Tuesday – Saturday 9am – 6pm
Support the Head Chef and management team
Responsible for for maintaining all administrative functions within the kitchen department, including health and safety records, food safety standards, rota entry, training records, food costings and supplier contact as well as other daily tasks.
Enthusiastic work ethic with integrity
Professional appearance with excellent communication skills
Previous experience with a desire to learn and develop your skills
