- Description
- A 4-day week, with a great salary package in the only Michelin Starred pub in Oxfordshire. This has been held for the past 16 years along with 3AA Rosettes.
What we expect- Oversee the preparation of a variety of pastry items, including desserts, petit fours, souffle, celebration cakes and five different breads.
- Introduce creative and innovative pastry creations, aligning with the restaurant's culinary style.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Oversee the plating and presentation of desserts, ensuring they meet the visual standards expected in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient workflow.
What you receive
