What we expect- Interest / Expertise in Italian cuisine to an award winning standard
- Oversee the kitchen in chef absence
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in creating and developing new menu items
- Help train and supervise
- Assist in managing inventory levels
- Work to monitor budgets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Assist in creating schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all kitchen shifts.
- Manage team performance
- Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills in the kitchen.
