What we expect- Oversee the operation of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- As Restaurant Manager, you will need to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of operations within your department. This is a hands-on role so you will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service. We need someone with previous experience of working within a busy, food-led operation – exposure to supervisory or management duties is essential. Our business is open all day every day so you will need to be flexible with the times you can work. The successful candidate will have the following attributes: a passion for the hospitality industry, be able to lead and motivate the restaurant brigade, 1-2 years’ experience of working in a similar environment, with experience of working with large numbers and attention to detail for standards of service and able to coach and manage younger members of the team.
