- One of England's stately homes, just 40 miles north west of London, set in over 90 acres of gardens and parkland. A luxury 4 star hotel and spa with 2AA Rosette Restaurant pushing for 3AA Rosettes
What we expect:
Contracted Hours: 48
Shift Details Shifts are splits at the weekend and weekdays are 12-Close.
Dinner service Sunday to Wednesday up to 30, Thur/Fri 40, Sat 60
Lunch Sat/Sun (Bill of Fare) up to 40
Occasional parties 30 – 50
Live-In: Yes, Charged at £93.00 per week for a room in a 2 bedroomed shared flat, within 10 minutes’ walk of the hotel. The accommodation is mixed male/female.
Ideally, they will be a good all-round Chef with experience at 2 rosette or similar (we are pushing for 3 rosettes)
Ideally, they will need to work all sections sauce and garnish and larder and pastry.
When working pastry most pastry goods made by pastry chef, so pastry element is mainly service.
