- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure seamless service and adherence to 3AA Rosette standards.
- Manage kitchen staff effectively, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to develop seasonal menus that showcase the finest ingredients and culinary techniques while aligning with the restaurant's vision and 3AA Rosette standard.
