  • The site located in Faccombe is a stunning 5 Star Inn which remains at the hub of the community and offers a seasonally focused menu using the very best fresh ingredients sourced from the surrounding Estate and farmland alongside real ales, fine wines and cigars.




Role and Responsibilities





  • The role as Bar Manager will encompass leading the day to day operation of the bar and bar service area; including liquor stock management, incentives, building sales as well as setting the standard for bar and drinks service.




Candidate Requirements





  • Previous experience for a minimum of 1 year working in a gastro pub or restaurant environment


  • Excellent food & drink knowledge


  • Ordered and had to control stock


  • Good food and drink knowledge


  • The ability to cope well under pressure


  • The ability to adhere to company standards and procedures


  • Experience working with real ales, cellar management qualifications preferred
