2Yrs experience at Rosette standard required
What we expect:
Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, preferably at a 2AA Rosette or higher standard.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests warmly and build rapport effortlessly.
Proficiency in menu knowledge, including familiarity with ingredients, flavor profiles, and culinary techniques.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
Certification in food safety and hygiene is preferred.
