What we expect:
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of service.
- Ensuring all guests are served in a professional and courteous way.
Full understanding and delivery of the Sorrel identity; have strong knowledge of the food and beverage offerings. Ensuring all opening and closing duties are adhered to. Share the responsibilities of the team to complete all cleaning preparations needed to set up/close down the restaurant. Adhering to company standards of presentation, etiquette and respect. Understanding of up to date Allergen legislation and knowledge of intolerances.
What you receive:
- 4 weeks annual closure per annum including Christmas and New Year off
- 28 days holiday (excluding closures)
