What we expect:
48 Hours
5 Days (Tue/Wed off)
Live in – Netted off service charge   
-Be able to run a section and be confident in running most areas within the kitchen
-Be dedicated and eager to learn
-Be a good communicator and able to liaise with different departments within the venue if needed
