What we expect- Responsibility for the smooth running of the bar and bar personnel
- Regular reporting on stocktakes results, margin and sales.
- Overseeing and regularly updating the wine list
- Responsible for the Pub and Restaurant in the absence of the Head Chef and Manager
- Running shifts during the week and weekends
- Leading, coaching and supervising other members of the team.
- Ensures high standards of customer service are always met – hosting within the bar and restaurant.
- Creates and monitors the use of drinks and bar promotions.
- Monitors wine sales and the upselling of certain lines
- Responsible for meeting annual bar sales budget
- Assisting with restaurant and room bookings through telephone and online system
