We are looking for a Chef de Partie for this award-winning, family-run Gastro Pub located in Kingham village, 5 minutes from Chipping Norton.
This popular and well known venue has achieved a great balance between a real authentic pub and a high quality dining room.
Featuring in the top 100 Restaurants in the National Restaurant Awards and the Top 50 Gastropubs, this venue is always pushing for the highest standards!
Working with only the finest local ingredients, it has also won the National Dining Pub of the Year in the Good Pub Guide.
The property has 6 bedrooms upstairs for guests to stay and enjoy their Cotswolds experience.
Role and Responsibilities
Working in a team of 9 with mainly straight shifts over a 50+ hours week, with 2 consecutive days off per week and Sunday evenings off, this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and ambitious Chef de Partie to join a company pushing for their 3rd Rosette, with a very bright future ahead.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Chef de Partie will be confident in their ability with a strong background at a similar standard working with high quality fresh food.
You may have worked in a similar style property previously and will be looking to become part of a collective that strives for the best and pushes for excellence, achieving consistent success!
Experience at 2AA Rosette level would be ideal, the ability to work on different sections, confidently run a section and work with passion and flexibility as a great new asset to the team.
Live-In accommodation is available if required.
