Our ideal candidate will need to ensure guests needs are met before, during and after their meal and/or stay in the hotel whilst ensuring exceptional levels of customer service at all times. It is all about our guest, being 100% customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude, sense of humour, alongside an eye for detail.
This is a great time to join a fantastic hotel. You will be working alongside our management team. As we are a hotel as well as a restaurant you will also act as a duty manager role on some occasions to support the reception team and assist with any issues that may arise on duty in the absence of the senior team.
