- Join a top class brigade in a high quality working environment at the Two AA Rosette, four-star hotel. a great opportunity for an ambitious chef on the up or an established talent with fine dining experience. Development potential is fantastic in a kitchen of high standards and excellence as we target further rosettes and/or Michelin Bid Gourmand. As well as our rosettes and stars, we have a Visit Wales Gold Award and have been previously named North Wales Hotel of the Year.
What we expect- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to standards
- Take ownership of a section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are executed to perfection.
- Coordinate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor food quality and taste throughout the cooking process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist in inventory management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Assist in menu development and execution, contributing ideas
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
