A showcase lakeside pub in the heart of 4 Oaks Forest overlooking Bracebridge Lake, boosting a traditional British seasonal menu. What we expect:
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join a high-quality restaurant under new ownership and management in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, the new owners, and management have a proven track history of running Michelin/AA establishments across the UK.
This role will involve working closely with the CDP, Sous and Head Chef, playing a key role in the kitchen sections alongside a team of talented chefs, ensuring that the high standards of quality and service set by our chef patron Andrew Sheridan.
