What we expect:
We are seeking a Sous Chef to join a high-quality restaurant under new ownership and management in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, the new owners, and management have a proven track history of running Michelin/AA establishments across the UK.
This role will involve working closely with the Exec Chef, playing a key role in the management of the kitchen and a team of talented chefs, ensuring that the high standards of quality and service set by our chef patron.
