What we expect- You will be assisting the Sous & Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
- Experience working with fresh local produce and daily changing menus preferred.
- Passionate about food and have the will and drive to help in pushing the kitchen forward.
- Ability to run a section, looking after any orders for the section.
- Leaving the section set up for the next person on shift.
- Input with menu ideas.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
