Role and Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you will be given input with the menus and will be responsible for stepping up in the absence of the Head Chef.
You will be responsible for required paperwork, costing dishes, training junior staff, HACCP.
You will be given a high level of autonomy in this role.
The ideal Sous Chef will be experienced working at 1AA Rosette level and will be confident to step up, ensuring the highest standards are met at all times, providing support to become an integral part of this team.
