- Description
- We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team. We are a 2 Rosette hotel in the beautiful Derbyshire Countryside with a focus on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.
Role:
Contracted Hours: 48
Shift Details: 4 days on, 2 days off (these can be split)
Live-In: No
A chef who is willing to learn. You will be trained on how to cook to our standard. You will be typically working on a section with a senior chef who would be teaching, or helping with prep. You will gain experience working with fresh local produce and daily changing menus . The individual must be passionate about food and have the will and drive to help in pushing the kitchen forward.
