What we expect:
This management position is responsible for the running of our Michelin Starred Bohemia restaurant and bar, stock control, team training, guests and team satisfaction whilst also possessing experienced hospitality business acumen.
The role works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, departmental heads and head office to ensure professional service and consistency throughout the team is achieved, internal communications and forward planning.
The Ideal candidate will hold a minimum of two years’ experience in hospitality and will either be in a similar role or an assistant looking for their first management position.
