- A beautiful Arts & Crafts country house hotel with 26 individually designed and furnished bedrooms in the heart of the Lake District
What we’re looking for from you:
• Ensure that all hotel bedrooms, corridors and public areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure that Brand Standards are maintained in bedrooms as per Company policy.
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Work at an efficient pace to ensure guests rooms are completed on time.
• Laundry
• Be responsible for all cleaning equipment ensuring that it is used, cleaned and maintained correctly.
• Replenish stock of trolleys and store rooms on a daily basis.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly cleaning scheduled are adhered to. Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks as instructed.
• To be aware of Health and Safety and COSHH Regulations within the department and hotel.
• Liaising with your Housekeeping/Duty Manager on a daily basis ensuring all levels of your role are met to the required standards.
