  • This is a quirky 10 room boutique hotel and bar based in Frome, Somerset with an extensive wine and cocktail list coupled with an innovative and exciting menu that appeals to those looking for the dining experience or just a comfortable pub classic.




Role and Responsibilities





  • The role will encompass assisting the General Manager on the day to day operation of the pub; including rotas, P&L reporting and cash & liquor stock management, building sales and marketing plans as well as leading & developing the team in service with a hands-on approach.




Candidate Requirements





  • Previous experience at management level for a minimum of 1 year in a premium full-service gastro / 1AA Rosette establishment


  • Excellent food & drink knowledge


  • Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them


  • Familiarity with sales and marketing plans


  • Passionate and committed to training to ensure that we as a team are delivering professional and high-quality service to all our guests


  • Confident and will bring a sense of personality and individuality to our growing family


  • Competent and organised in handling bedroom and function / event enquiries and bookings
